Temple Highlights

Shri Shirdi Sai Cultural Centre was constructed with a determined aim to promote Spiritual & Cultural Activities with due sanction from the Bangalore Development Authority and was inaugurated on 20th June 2004 by renowned Industrialist and Philanthropist Shri.R.N.Shetty.

A Free Medical Check up Hall has been built on the ground floor next to Saibaba Mandir and was inaugurated on 2nd July 2006 by Member of Legislative Assembly, Government of Karnataka Shri.M.Krishnappa.

The Library and Dhyana Mandir foundation stone was laid on 2nd July 2006 by Honorable Member of Legislative Assembly, Government of Karnataka Shri.M.Krishnappa.

The Library and Dhyana Mandir was inaugurated on 7th July 2009 by Honorable Member of Legislative Assembly, Government of Karnataka Shri.M.Krishnappa.

A spacious Dwarakamayi Bhavan is built on the 1st Floor of the temple premises and was inaugurated on 21st February 2010 by Shri.V.Somanna, Ex.Minister of Government of Karnataka.

A beautiful Marble Idol of Shirdi Saibaba and Marble Paduka are present in the temple.

Social Service Activities:

  1. The Temple Trust is running a free daily Medical Check-up Service wherein both Allopathic & Ayurvedic Doctors are available and are distributing free medicines to the needy.

  2. The Temple Trust is promoting Brail conversion of required Books for Visually Challenged people in and around Karnataka by patronizing a trust for Visually Challenged by name Gnana Jyothi Trust for the Disabled (R) in the temple premises with the financial support from Cognizant Foundation, Chennai under the name of Sree Sai Chaithanya Braille Press.

  3. Temple Trust is providing free coaching and guidance for needy students in and around Baba Temple for the benefit of students of the locality.

  4. Temple Trust is providing Free Scholarships to 50 Students Studying under Graduate Courses every year.

  5. The Temple Trust regularly holds Free Medical Camps, Blood Donation Camps and Free Eye Camps in the temple premises.

  6. Free Yoga Classes (3 Batches) are held daily in the temple premises.

  7. Free Child Development Programmes like Painting Classes are held in the temple premises.

  8. Distribution of Books and Stationery to the local school children through Sai Vidya Nidhi Fund.

  9. The Temple Trust is giving financial assistance to Guddanna Corporation School of Ranganathapur.

Future Projects:

The temple trust wants to install Dhuni in the temple premises. The temple trust also wants to build the Rajagopuram for the temple.

To support the above Social and Spiritual Activities of the trust, valuable donations & liberal contributions may be made by way of Crossed Cheque / Demand Draft favoring Syndicate Bank Colony Welfare Association (R) and the remittance can be sent to the Secretary or President, Shri Shirdi Sai Cultural Centre, Syndicate Bank Colony, Magadi Main Road, Bangalore-560 079.
